Adult primary care membership

How membership feels

Your doctor knows the story—not just today’s symptom.

Instead of starting over at every visit, you can build on a relationship with one physician who knows your history, notices change, and helps you make sense of what comes next.

  1. One physicianLess starting over

Dr. Dhanji can consider a new concern in the context of your history, priorities, and previous care.

  2. More timeRoom for the whole conversation

Longer visits make space for the second question, a clearer explanation, and a plan you understand.

  3. Direct accessA clearer way to reach your doctor

Members have direct ways to contact the practice and arrange care when a question or concern comes up.

Membership pricing

Simple, transparent pricing.

Choose the age-based membership that applies to you. One monthly fee covers the Magnus primary-care relationship without visit copays or insurance billing by the practice.

The Magnus membership agreement defines covered services and the current cancellation, refund, renewal, termination, and re-enrollment terms.

Included care

Everyday primary care, built into one membership.

Magnus brings prevention, new concerns, chronic care, and coordination into one ongoing physician relationship.

The primary-care relationship

  • Preventive visits, acute concerns, and chronic-condition management
  • In-house lab draws and in-office diagnostic testing included by the practice, plus discounted member pricing for applicable in-office laboratory tests
  • Care coordination when a specialist or outside service is needed
  • Direct physician access through the practice’s member channels

Care handled outside Magnus

  • Emergency-department and hospital care
  • Specialist, imaging, medication, and outside laboratory charges
  • Insurance premiums, deductibles, and services billed by other organizations
  • Services outside the scope defined in the Magnus membership agreement

One important distinction: Direct primary care is not health insurance. Members should maintain appropriate coverage for hospital, emergency, specialist, and other care delivered outside Magnus. Exact membership terms are defined in the Magnus membership agreement.

Discounted labs: Members have access to discounted in-office lab testing, with many prices below what they may otherwise pay out of pocket before meeting an insurance deductible. Outside laboratory charges remain separate.

Insurance and Medicare

Membership works alongside outside coverage.

Magnus does not bill insurance for care covered by membership. Adults with Medicare can join and continue using Medicare for eligible outside care such as specialist services, laboratory work, diagnostics, and medications.

Access and house calls

Know how to reach the practice when you need guidance.

Members can connect through phone, text, email, app, and virtual visits, giving routine questions and new concerns a direct path back to Dr. Dhanji.

House calls are available for an additional fee. Magnus can explain current location, eligibility, scheduling, and clinical-need considerations. After-hours communication follows current practice procedures.
