Magnus Direct Primary Care

Website Terms

These terms govern use of the Magnus Direct Primary Care website. By using the site, you acknowledge the limits and responsibilities described below.

Last updated: September 1, 2026

General information only

Website content is provided for general informational and educational purposes. It is not a diagnosis, treatment plan, prescription, or substitute for medical advice from a qualified professional who understands your circumstances.

No physician-patient relationship from browsing

Browsing this website, sending an ordinary email, or following an enrollment link does not by itself create a physician-patient relationship. A relationship is established only through the practice’s applicable acceptance, enrollment, consent, and agreement process.

Not for emergencies or clinical messages

Do not use this website or ordinary email for an emergency, urgent medical concern, or private clinical communication. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department for an emergency. Existing patients should use the secure patient portal for patient communication.

Membership and separate services

Website descriptions summarize the practice and its services. The signed Magnus DPC membership agreement controls membership fees, covered services, exclusions, renewal, termination, and other obligations. Separately priced services, including optional Magnus Vitalis services, are not included in core membership unless the practice confirms otherwise in the applicable written terms.

Direct primary care disclosure

Magnus Direct Primary Care is a direct primary care/direct health care membership practice. The recurring membership fee pays for services described in the signed membership agreement. Membership is not health insurance, is not minimum essential coverage, and does not replace health insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, workers’ compensation insurance, hospital coverage, emergency coverage, specialist care, or catastrophic coverage.

Magnus does not bill insurance for services covered by the direct primary care membership agreement. The agreement does not pay or reimburse third-party services. Patients remain responsible for services outside the agreement, which may include outside laboratory charges, imaging, medications, specialist care, emergency and hospital care, pathology, procedures, ambulance services, durable medical equipment, and other excluded or separately priced services.

Wellness, hormone, peptide, injection, weight-management, supplement, nutraceutical, and Magnus Vitalis services are separate from core membership unless expressly included in applicable written terms. The signed membership agreement controls the parties’ rights and responsibilities, including covered services, fees, exclusions, renewal, and termination.

SMS/text messaging terms

By providing a mobile phone number and consenting to receive text messages, you authorize Magnus to send messages to that number. Messages may include appointment reminders, scheduling information, office updates, administrative or billing reminders, care coordination, membership communication, and limited health-related or service information permitted by law and your communication preferences.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Wireless carriers and third-party service providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and Magnus is not responsible for charges, errors, delays, or delivery failures caused by a carrier, device, or third-party system.

Text messaging is not for emergencies or urgent medical issues. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. Text messages may not be encrypted and may be seen by others with access to your phone, mobile account, or device. Existing patients should use the secure patient portal for medical questions whenever possible.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or contacting the office. You may receive one final confirmation message after opting out. For help, reply HELP or contact Magnus at info@magnusdpc.com or (904) 490-9765. Consent to promotional or non-essential text messages is not required as a condition of receiving medical care.

Permitted use

You may use the site for lawful personal and informational purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with site operation or security, gain unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, misrepresent your identity, or use site content in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise indicated, the site’s original text, design, branding, and other content are owned by or used with permission by Magnus Direct Primary Care. Limited personal viewing does not transfer ownership or authorize commercial reuse. Third-party names, marks, videos, and services remain the property of their respective owners.

External links and platforms

The site links to third-party destinations such as SigmaMD, YouTube, and Google Maps. Those services are operated under their own terms and privacy practices. A link is provided for convenience and does not make Magnus responsible for the availability, security, accuracy, or practices of the external service.

Availability and accuracy

Magnus aims to keep website information useful and current, but content may contain errors or become outdated. Service availability, scheduling, eligibility, pricing, and clinical appropriateness may change and should be confirmed directly with the practice when material to your decision. Magnus may update, suspend, or discontinue website content without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability.

Responsibility for use

Use of the site is at your own discretion. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Magnus is not responsible for losses caused solely by reliance on general website information, inability to access the site, misuse of the site, or the acts and systems of an external service. Nothing in these terms limits a right or responsibility that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes and contact

Magnus may revise these terms as the website changes. Continued use after a revision means the current terms apply to later use. Questions may be directed to info@magnusdpc.com or (904) 490-9765.
